Established in 1947 by Rose and Jerry Lukes, Trumbull Locker Plant began as a processing plant for local farmers, and offered meat storage "lockers" to its customers for their convenience. In the early 1970s, Ozzie Nelson took over the business, where current owners Mark and Chris Kovacic began learning the trade. In 1988, Mark and Chris became owners and have expanded Trumbull Locker to what it is today.

In recent years there have been many modern updates to meet customers' needs. We now offer a wider selection of Old Fashioned Hickory Smoked meats and fresh meats.

Popular items include 8 varieties of smokies and jerky, cottage hams, Slovenian sausage, Bacon and more. The fresh cut meat selection features beef, pork and chicken. The deli is stocked with full line of top name brand meats and cheeses. The newly expanded Frozen Food and Grocery section are full of everyday products such as sausage, shrimp, french fries, vegetables and ready to cook dinners.
